: (1) District Administration Office will do the secretariat work of District Disaster Management Committee.
(2) The meeting of the District Disaster Management Committee will be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman of the committee.
(3) Member-Secretary of the District Disaster Management Committee shall send a notice of the date, time and place of the meeting to be discussed in the meeting before the time of the meeting so that all members receive it.
(4) The meeting of the district disaster management committee will be presided over by the chairman of the said committee and in the absence of the chairman, the member designated by the present members of the said committee will preside over the meeting. (5) District Disaster Management Committee - The decision will be made by majority vote and in case of equality of votes, the vote of the chairperson will be decisive.
(6) The District Disaster Management Committee may invite the representatives of the relevant agencies and subject matter experts to the meeting as per the need.
(7) The meeting of the committee shall be held at least once every quarter.
(5) Other procedures related to district disaster management/committee meetings shall be as determined by the said committee itself.
(9) The decision of the District Disaster Management Committee shall be verified by the member-secretary of the committee.
